Desktop Developerís Guide to Mobile with Visual Studio Tools for Xamarin
with Chris Wallace, co-presenting and co-leading the discussion
and
YOU, Our Denver Visual Studio User Group Members

We will continue with our fast-paced session with another in a series discussing the fundamentals of the using Visual Studio and Development Technologies.

Note: We will be discussing whether it is true or even realistic to port your existing desktop development skills, knowledge, and code to mobile development. With Microsoft's mobile tools and cloud services, you can start delivering native user experiences without learning new languages. With that last statement being true, let's take a look at how to compare desktop and mobile when moving to mobile apps. Bring your experiences to explore the differences between mobile and desktop experiences. Can old dogs be taught new tricks? We may, time permitting, view a portion of a Channel 9 video on this subject.

Interested? Come early and join us in our  casual discussion before our meeting begins.
